Dear friend,

I’m so excited to share my latest holiday card with you. I designed it specially for the Museum of Modern Art. You can see the first one on this post.

When I started thinking about concepts for the new design, I wanted to create something more sculptural and fun. I hope that you enjoy the final result. It is a trifold deer carrying little houses,  trees, birds, and 2 cheerful children.

I designed this card when I was still living in Los Angeles, CA. But now that I’m in Upstate NY, I’m lucky to see deer all the time. The other day after the rain, a family of deer came over to a pool of water that formed close to our house. The youngest one was having a blast splashing around in the water. The kids and I almost wanted to join him.

Now when I look at this card I remember that little happy deer. I hope that my design brings a little bit of joy into your holiday season.
